The Year of Gratitude Project-365

Photobucket
This past few days I've been really thinking about Thanksgiving and all the things I'm really grateful for and the thought that kept coming to my mind was "We should be grateful for every day!".
I think it's wonderful that we take a day to celebrate gratitude, but when I think of my boys I want to teach them to be grateful for every day and every thing. Yes...even the trials in their lives.

All these thoughts running around in my head continued into the late hours of the day and while I laid in my bed. Then it came to me..."I will create a Crafty Year of Gratitude Project-365". Now I know Oprah did a "journal thingie" a few years ago, but Mine will be all crafty with photos and dates and pattern papers-Oh my.

I would love for you to join me on this year of thankfulness and gratitude. I plan on starting on Dec. 1. 2011 and will end it on Nov.30. 2012. If you are reading this post past the 1st of Dec...no worries. It's never too late. Simply start your date from then and go for 365 days. I think we can all use a little more gratitude in our lives and this will be a fun breath of fresh air :)

Now, you can make your own template or you can use mine. Here is what it looks like. Then on every Thursday I will post my weeks worth of photos cards. Please do play along, because I would love to share your cards and gratitude's on my blog.

Also I found this CUTE storage bin from Joann's Craft store for $12.50. It was $24.99 and I got it 50% off. I love good deals like this. Here is the link to it on Joann's online site

Over all, I hope you join me on this journey. It's going to be a fun crafty challenge.
