This is more so, because I've been really busy. My weight loss is moving along slowly this week and I think it's because my "friend" is visiting.
Question....
Why do women call their period's their "friend"?
My period is NOT my friend! She visits when I don't have time for her and she is a pain in my back and legs. Maybe we should call her our FRIEMY.

This coming Saturday Mr. Sonboul and I are starting Insanity together. I love fast paced workouts and so this might be my ticket to another 20-40lbs off my body. Finger crossed.
It's take 60 days to complete it and
when you finish the program you get a T-shirt.
I want that darn T-shirt! haha

I did and it was very inspiring. I love watching other Fassy people losing weight

Oh, dude! Good luck with the insanity program! My hubby is in week four right now. He's rocking it. I just started this week. Hello, pain! Just remember, it's okay to take breaks when you need them. Drink your water. Prepare to sweat worst than a pig. And, most importantly, keep at it. My brother-in-law has done the program twice. Swears by it. Although he is a super fit, 23 year old military officer, so he might have had a hand up on the program than chubby, 30 year old, two kid baring me.

Go Heidi! I did insanity over the summer. Hardest thing I EVER did do. But I stuck to it! I want to try again in Jan. Stick to it...don't miss. That's the key. ; ) Good luck to you guys! And have a Merry Christmas!!
