How I Did This Week At WW

First let me start with my numbers over this last 4 weeks and what I lost.

Week 1 -6.4 lbs
Week 2 -3.6 lbs
Week 3 -4.2 lbs
Week 4 -1.2 lbs

And this week...Week 5... -1.8 lbs

That is a total of 17.2 lbs in 5 weeks, which makes this chubby girls so happy.
PLUS... I hit my 5% weight loss goal. It's a big deal for Weight Watchers.

The meeting last night was all about weekend worriers. I always love going to the meetings, just because there are other chubby friends with the same goals and struggles. They understand me when I say "Hello my name is Heidi Sonboul and I'm addicted to food".
lol I've never actually said that, but it would be funny if we did.

So another good week of losing and the number ticking down. I'm hopping for a bigger number this next week, but that means a lot of hard work. Fingers Crossed.

PS I'm still sore and haven't missed a work out. 30 workout done and only129 more workouts to go. I'm coming for you week 6!
