I Could Kiss Her and I Did.

Photobucket

I'm not sure that anyone wants soup on a sunny day, but I kinda have this odd tradition.
When I have bronchitis I crave potato cheese soup.
I think this is because the very first time I got sick, mom came over and made me some from scratch.
8 years later... I now dub it a tradition.

I called her up and said " Mom, I really want your soup"
Mom: "Oh, I can't make it today, because dad has an appointment"
Me: "Oh okay. Don't worry about it."

A couple of hours later I get a call
"I remembered that Hoff's Hut has the soup and we are coming over with some right now".

I thought... "I could kiss her"...and when she got here I did!

Thanks mom, for still treating me like your little girl when I'm sick.
It means the world to me.

yuck, nothing worst than being sick during the summer... I've been sick for a few weeks now. I'm just starting to feel better. Hope you're feeling better! That's something my mom would have done for me :)

And that's why you should count your blessings that you are only 15 minutes away from your mom! oh, and I'm sure she didn't like being kissed by someone who is sick. Just sayin'
