I'm restarting my weight loss journey.
I'm still going to use my body bug.
I'm going to workout for 160 days and try not to miss any days
(No workouts on Sundays).

I'm not going to eat past 7pm.
I'm going to continue to TRY and give up sweets.
At the end of this journey... I hope to lose close to 100lbs.
The journey has never been easy for me and I always seem to
stop losing wait around the 30lbs mark, because of stress...and other
distracting things.

thanks for the chart! i have been carrying around baby weight from my 1st (who is now SIX) for too long! joined a gym and really ready to TRY! this chart is a goal i can wrap my head around!

Good luck! Yo can do it! Just one thing of advice...allow yourself some wiggle room. Saying no sweets and to never miss a day of exercise is pretty daunting. Give yourself a free day (or 2 free meals a week) etc. where you can indulge in a piece of cake or macaroni and cheese :) But then make yourself stay within those limits. Let me know how it goes and if you need any extra motivation!!!
