27lbs. lighter after 4 hard weeks of working out at 6:30am and not eating past 7pm.
What is my motivation?

I, too, find that working out in the morning is best. If I push my exercise back to the evening, I never do it. I find some other excuse in the evening, like dinner, errands, etc.

Wow! That's amazing! I need to ask how you did it? Exercise in the morning I know but really... we need more info! :) I agree with Lauren, I push off working out til the evening and then it never gets done.. I just have to find a way to roll out of bed at 430 so I can work out and go to work on time! :)

27 pounds! What the crapola! And during Christmas/Thanksgiving time. Man, I'm not even going to recognize you! That's it, I'm now motivated. Tonight I'm going running. Funny how much I use to love running and even considered it a hobby of mine. Then came a baby and exhaustion. However, I think she's old enough now that's not an excuse. Now my excuse is that I'm out of shape and it's just hard. Way to go!!!!!!!
