Did you guess that my project was the flower necklace?
Then you were right!

With my assignment in hand I headed to the 99 cents store.
When I first walked in the door, I had NO CLUE what to do. After being there for about an hour I had a shopping cart filled with random items. So I bought....
-1 roll of car wash towels
-1 pack of hair extensions
-1 bottle of starch
-1 Elmer's glue

-1 shell heart necklace

Here are all the steps:

1. Cut the towel into many different sized flowers and spray them with starch and rub in Elmer's Glue
2. Lay the flower's parts out to dry on bowls. It helps them form. To speed up time blow-dry them.
3. Using Elmer's Glue, put the flower together and add a hair extension in the middle.
4. Gather 6 long strips of the Hair extension and rope like a necklace.
5. Then glue on the flower
