Yesterday was a full day! At 10am we went to the orthodontist to have Jason's braces on. So far he is doing okay, but says he can't eat. I made him a smooth last night to help :) 
1 strawberry yogurt
3 strawberry's
1 banana
1 cup of milk
1 tablespoon sugar
and blend. I also like to add 2 cubs of ice :)

So, while we were in the car (on the way to the appointment) Bradley says "Daddy I want to go to hold your hand... so you don't get scared." Isn't that so sweet! I love this photo! 
Later in the night I taught a scrappy class. I had the best time with these girls! They are all so sweet and we had the best time. They made a mini album and a layout.
It was a long day and a memorable one!

love that paper. My younger son got to wear braces once already and will have to have them again when he gets a few years older. he hated them but the absolutely best part he got them off and then got to stop wearing his glasses a month later he was psyched lol.

I'd love to win that line! I've got a 2 year old boy and it would be perfect for scrapping pictures of him. Hope Jason can start eating solids again soon! Braces aren't fun.

That is the sweetest picture of Bradley holding Jason's hand. I've been meaning to tell you that Lisa is expecting a little girl in early May. We are so excited. That is one of my favorite paper combinations.

Oh goodness, I was just at the dentist for a root canal and I'm in my third trimester. I could barely breathe laying down and so those pics are not my favorite of yours! ha, ha.
He seriously couldn't eat?! I left the dentist office and went straight to Subway and got a sub. Men!! They can be such wimps...lol

Poor guy!! I was a dental hygienist before I become a stay at home momma to 2 boys so I know those braces can b tough the first few days. It will get better and b so worth It!! That paper pack looks super cute :)
hi heidi! my husband had braces as an adult too and thankfully didn't have to wear them too long...18months maybe. i remember him complaining the first week or so, but after that it seamed to be something he never thought about. encourage him to keep the ibuprofen in him, round the clock for the first week which will keep the soreness at bay. :)
