For a family fun night we decided to crack open a coconut. It was a lot of fun trying to get it open. In the end we went and got a hammer to smashed it open lol. This was the first REAL coconut I've had and not the stuff in a bag covered with sugar goodness.

I wasn't a fan of the milk, but the boys liked it. Jason said "It's okay, but I probably won't drink it again" lol... which mean he didn't like it!.JPG)

you've got to get the really "young" coconuts for the milk to be good and sweet...before there's even the familiar hard coconut meat on the sides
